Unscrew them. You also need to remove some sort of long trim from the window way, think this can be popped out with a screwdriver. You should then be able to simply lift out the door glass and lower in the new tinted glass. Bolt it back in, replace the trim n the door glass.

Take a small narrow screwdriver and insert it into the slot on the R/H side of the Number Plate lens . Insert it well in , about 25mm to 30mm at an angle of about 30 degrees (1 o'clock) With the screwdriver in the slot , slowly move it to the 11 o'clock position and the R/H side of the light will pop out . Remove the screwdriver and take the VOLQ.
