I bought it brand new probably 10 years ago, it has 3 discs with it. The game didn't really work on my windows xp pc or was it windows 7? anyway. I still have the cd key that came with the game, can I contact Steam and try to get the Steam version that has the latest patches?

Using this .dll more or less fixed my frame rate issue. It also allows the use of programs like Reshade to be used on the game.
